The wonder of technology
Producing high-quality translations will always be the task of eloquent specialists. Yet specialist technology solutions are also useful tools that help to make these people even better. They have transformed language services. Translating, proofreading and quality assurance tasks are getting faster, more efficient and more precise.
CAT tools: the key to even better translations
We improve the quality and efficiency of your translations by using computer-aided translation systems. So-called CAT tools not only ensure that terminology is used consistently, but also support management processes and generally help to create a more streamlined workflow. Furthermore, we can translate your texts directly in a wide range of file formats or connect to your content management system via corresponding interfaces.
Translation memory systems (TMS)
Every translation that we produce is entered into our customer-specific databases. This is done on the basis of sentence pairs, significantly increasing the accuracy of translations by recognising text elements as well as numerical values and amounts automatically and in real time. Even with complex projects in which several language professionals are involved at the same time, this guarantees consistency. And you can be sure that your distinctive company boilerplate doesn’t turn out differently every time.
We use terminology databases so that your technical terms and established corporate wordings are consistent always and everywhere, right down to the final full stop. Our translation professionals have direct access to them from their workplaces and automatically recognise your specific terminology. This ensures that everything remains constant and we have the perfect basis for individual customer glossaries.

Global corporations must communicate consistently all over the world in many different languages.
Preprocessing and file preparation
In many cases, documents must be prepared before they can be translated: PDF files must be converted, while graphics and scans must be transformed into an editable interchange format.
In doing so, we check the file settings as standard. This not only ensures that we can translate them without error, but also guarantees that our clients receive their translations in exactly the same format as the original file.
